MaryAnn Kuchera is the oldest of John Sr.'s kids. 
After 17 years of learning from Mom and Dad,
 she went off to New York City to Parson School of Design for two years. 
Then she went to the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
 While at Cooper Union,
she went participated in an exchange
 program to the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.

After receiving her BFA from the Cooper Union,
she spent many years in New York City
 creating props and special effects for film and video production.
 Eventually, she moved to the Pacific Northwest,
 first to British Columbia then to Seattle,
 where she now lives with her husband and child
